Sunil J. Setpaul is the Associate Director with Atom Global in Singapore and Executive Director of Cortaal Global in India. He is responsible for spearheading the business both Singapore and India. Sunil is also responsible for the Learning and Development and Talent Management strategy development there. In addition to that he is a certified Solutions Focused Coach.

Cortaal Global provides a comprehensive suite of assessment tools that help employers, employees and individuals achieve greater productivity. Our state of the art ability and personality assessment tests help evaluate sensitivity, memory, intelligence, aptitude and personality of a person.

Sunil loves the challenge of working in developing markets, and is equally at ease in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments. He has in-depth understanding of the western and eastern cultures having lived and worked in three different continents (Africa, USA and APAC) for over 24 years of his life. He truly imbibes western experiences with eastern sensibility both from a business and personal perspective.

Sunil’s experience encompasses the broad spectrum of strategic HR responsibilities in talent acquisition, reward management, organizational development and employee relations.
